When ordering by FAX or mail, please use the plant code numbers. We ship your plant order the least expensive way possible; we use UPS, FEDEX and Priority Mail.
We need a physical address for delivery; a P.O. Box won't do. We do not ship C.O.D.
Please indicate whether you prefer a substitute variety or refund if we are out of a particular item.
We will ship all of your order together if possible. Sometimes we will place items on back order. Should you object to that policy, please tell us.
Each plant is inspected and labeled before shipping. We ship orders as soon as possible and usually on Monday or Tuesday to avoid storage on weekends by the carrier. We ship only in the continental U.S.
We ship year round except over Christmas and approximately the first 3 weeks in January.When you place your order during the winter months,or at any time during the year when the weather in your local is extreme, you must let us know if the shipment is to be delayed due to temperature extremes, otherwise the order will normally be shipped within 3 weeks of its receipt.
Our products are guaranteed to be true to species and in good condition. But things can happen en route, so let us know by fax, email or phone:760 451 1183 within 48 hours if your plants arrive damaged or dead. We will replace them when replacements are available or send you a refund.
SORRY, but we do not guarantee our herbs against neglect or mishandling after they arrive.
